Chris Brown is not expected to face any jail time after yesterday’s window-smashing incident at “Good Morning America.” The ABC network has decided not to press charges against Brown after he broke the window in his dressing room in a fit of rage.
The lack of a complaining victim means that the NYPD has nothing to investigate. Meaning there is no danger of Chris Brown going to jail for violating his probation.
Breezy was on that BS, but he definitely escaped jail this time.

Chris Brown definitely has issues. According to TMZ, he broke a window while backstage at ABC’s “Good Morning America” this morning after the interviewer asked one too many questions about him assaulting Rihanna.
Brown attempted to guide “GMA”‘s Robin Roberts back to the topic of his new album, F.A.M.E., which is in stores today. After the interview, Brown went back to his dressing room while screaming, according to TMZ. While in his dressing room, C Breezy broke a window.
Security was called, but by the time they showed up, C Breezy had ripped off his shirt and departed from the studio in New York City’s Times Square.

…On his way out of the building, Brown confronted a segment producer, got in his face and stared him down. People from the show got in between Chris and the producer to defuse the situation.
Chris Brown is still on probation from assaulting Rihanna 2 years ago.

Steven Hirsch, head of Vivid Entertainment, one of the leading “adult film” companies, sent a letter to Usher in regards to the sex tape involving Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster that is currently being shopped around. In the letter, Hirsch offers to prevent the video from circulating.
In the letter obtained by TMZ, Hirsch writes “As a result of this being an intimate and very personal tape we can certainly understand why you would want to stop its distribution.” Hirsch continues by saying that Vivid has actually stopped other celeb sex tapes from making it out to the public.
We assume that Vivid accomplishes this by purchasing the tapes and then never releasing them. We can only wonder what other celeb sex tapes are collecting dust in their vaults… Then again, maybe we don’t wanna know.

It seems that Gucci Mane may not have been locked up in a mental institution after all.
According to RumorFix.com, Gucci’s manager, Deb Antney, and publicist, Kali Bowyer, both deny that the rapper was sent to a mental institution after filing a plea of “mental incompetency” earlier this month.
“Hell no! He’s not in a mental facility. He’s in the studio with Waka Flocka,” Bowyer told the website.
“Gucci was never in a mental facility,” Antney says.
But I think Gucci should have been locked in a mental institution for getting an ice cream cone with lightning bolts and “Brrr” tatooed on his face….SMH…If he’s not crazy, then he’s just plain stupid.
